MCLE Compliance Periods

1st        April 15, 2001 to April 14, 2004

2nd       April 15, 2004 to April 14, 2007

3rd        April 15, 2007 to April 14, 2010

4th        April 15, 2010 to April 14, 2013

5th        April 15, 2013 to April 14, 2016

6th        April 15, 2016 to April 14, 2019

7th        April 15, 2019 to April 14, 2022 (extended to April 14, 2023)

8th        April 15, 2022 to April 14, 2025

9th        April 15, 2025 to April 14, 2028

Every member of the IBP must complete at least 36 credit units of MCLE every 3 years during the compliance period.

The initial compliance period for members newly admitted or readmitted to the IBP shall begin on the first day of the month of admission or readmission and shall end on the same day as that of all other members.
